15 Minutes / 1000 Words

Everyone wants their own 15 minutes of fame and ArtWorks Apprentices, along with the Contemporary Arts Center (CAC) and Weston Art Gallery, gave Cincinnati its chance! Apprentices created interactive photo booths for installation at the CAC UnMuseum and Weston Art Gallery. In the CAC photo booth titled “15 Minutes,” visitors can jazz up their photos with a number of wildly designed props or can use a large dry erase board to draw a picture to display in their photo. At the Weston Art Gallery photo booth “1,000 Words” users are asked to write on a dry erase board what their picture would say. Once the photos are taken, participants will have their moment in the spotlight when their photo is displayed on the LED board above Fountain Square.
