Project of the 2005 ArtWorks Summer Program

Located in the Speech Pathology Waiting Area on the 2 nd Floor of the E Building at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, 3333 Burnet Ave - Avondale

2 Apprentice Artists designed and painted murals for the waiting area of this clinic at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. In Speech Pathology, original characters interact with patients, engaging them to twist their tongues as they work on reading and practice sign language. The murals are embellished with brightly stitched quilts. More than 15,000 patients and their families enjoy these works annually.
