Our next Round Table, scheduled Monday, October 15, 2012 at 6pm, will cover the e-commerce site Fab.com. We’ll talk to SpringBoard alum Tim Karoleff, owner and designer of Ampersand, and Zach Darmanian-Harris, co-founder and designer of Such and Such about their experiences with Fab.com.
So what is Fab.com? Here’s some info straight from their website:
The Fab website and mobile apps offers exclusive access to daily curated design sales featuring emerging designers and iconic design brands. Membership is free and is open to everyone. We believe everyone, everywhere benefits from great design.
The company was founded in February 2011 by Jason Goldberg, a serial entrepreneur, and introduced as a social networking site. Fab officially launched as a marketplace for “everyday design” in June 2011.
This FREE event is open to the public. Please RSVP by Friday, October 12th to firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your space.
Our guests will discuss their experiences with Fab.com as well as the process, benefits, and challenges involved with selling your products through the Fab.com platform.
SpringBoard Round Tables occur every third Monday of the month from 6:00-7:30pm.
