Each guest room of the new wing at Ronald McDonald House now has its own special work of art, created by Apprentices. The group created rich mixed-media works of art from handmade paper, paint, stencils and more. Many families live at Ronald McDonald House for long periods of time, with the rooms becoming their home away from home while their children receive medical care at Children’s Hospital. To bring warmth, color and love to families experiencing difficult times, the Apprentices drew inspiration favorite storybooks, poems, songs and memories.
