ArtCars at Streetscapes: A Street Painting Festival
Saturday, September 24^th & Sunday, September 25^th
on Telford Ave. in the Clifton Gaslight District

For the third year in a row, ArtWorks created a “Museum of the Streets” by painting and then unleashing ArtCars into the streets of Greater Cincinnati.

ArtCars is a part of StreetScapes: A Street Painting Festival, an annual festival in which masterpieces are transposed onto the sidewalks of Clifton’s Gaslight District. With ArtCars, instead of the sidewalks getting painted, cars get painted!

This year, 5 Lead Artists and 20 Apprentice Artists worked together to turn 5 cars into canvases for master works of art. A Toyota van was covered in an Alphonse Mucha, a Volkswagen bus became an impressionist landscape, and a Toyota Corolla will roam the streets as a mobile Andy Warhol.
