ArtWorks proud to be part of Mayerson Academy’s Strong Cincinnati Institute.

“We were thrilled to kick of the year focusing on team strengths to support building an even better organizational culture,” said Colleen Houston, ArtWorks CEO and artistic director. “This is such an incredible program in our community. And if you aren’t already part of Strong Cincinnati, definitely check this out for your organization.”

The Strong Cincinnati Institute is an engaging, cohort-based learning experience that helps individuals and teams uncover their strengths and create systems that promote a positive culture shift within their organization. Throughout the Institute, participants build deeper relationships with their colleagues and connect with like-minded leaders from across the city as they build the capacity to create positive change through strengths.

ArtWorks participated this past winter and joined a cohort that included High Achievers Aim High, Women Helping Women and UpSpring.
