ArtWorks received a $10,000 grant from Duke Energy Foundation to create powerful communities in Cincinnati through youth apprentice employment. The grant will create jobs for over 150 Cincinnati area youth who will work under the mentorship of professional artists.
“This gift will support ArtWorks in providing these learning opportunities to youth,” said Mary Kay Koehler, ArtWorks’ senior director of development. “The impact is significant and transformative for these young people and our city.”
