ArtWorks Big Pitch presented by U.S. Bank is a mentorship program and pitch competition for creative small businesses in Greater Cincinnati. Eight finalists are paired with an established small business mentor and U.S. Bank Small Business Banking Specialist. Together, the finalists, mentor, and U.S. Bank Small Business Banking Specialist, develop a business plan and pitch for the pitch night.

Share your industry knowledge, professional experience, and connections to resources to help a finalists develop their business plan and pitch to win the grand prize!

Through constructive feedback and knowledge, you’ll support and provide direction with strategy to help finalists achieve their goals and meet their milestones throughout the program.

You’ll give specific feedback as your finalist revises their business plan and their pitch. You’ll be available for all Big Pitch meetings and individual meetings; work as a team to support your finalists as they prepare for the Big Pitch on September 25.

How to Win


Get to know your mentee and their business. To make the experience as valuable as possible, it is important to build a strong foundational relationship by engaging with your mentee.


Dive deep into their business plan and set realistic growth goals.


Hone the updated business plan, encourage your mentee, and perfect the pitch.
