DESCRIPTION:Explore the rich history and creative traditions of Palestinian art in this engaging workshop blending culture\, storytelling\, and technique.\n\nQueer Palestinian – Lebanese artist\, Christina Sifri\, will be leading participants in a workshop on tatreez – Palestinian traditional cross-stitch embroidery. The workshop will include an exploration of the history of Palestinian embroidery and its importance in Palestinian culture. Participants will learn the basics of tatreez and begin stitching a Palestinian embroidery pattern.
