ArtWorks’ Capital Campaign

ArtWorks creates transformative public art that shapes careers, ignites pride, and strengthens our region’s global reputation as an arts destination. Side-by-side with our community partners and supporters, art is being brought to every corner of the city and opportunities for artists of all ages are growing.

We are a mere $700,000 away from meeting our $11.7M Painting the Future Together! Campaign! Thus far, your support has:

  • Empowered us to build a Creative Campus in Walnut Hills, one of Cincinnati’s most diverse but underserved neighborhoods.
  • Transformed an old paint factory at 2429 Gilbert Avenue into an inspiring hub for our artists, staff, and community
  • Taken a once-vacant lot and brought it to life as the Hannan ArtPark, featuring a new mural, welcoming sculpture, lush greenery, and spaces for gathering.

ArtWorks is Cincinnati’s only arts-based youth employment program, serving underrepresented youth and equipping them with skills for success. Thanks to you, ArtWorks has invested $1 million annually in wages for over 3,500 artists and 4,000 youth apprentices in our 28-year history. Together, we’ve created more than 14,000 works of art, including 350+ iconic public murals.

The Future is Now!

Now is the time to continue painting our future! Donor benefits start at just $2,500, including permanent recognition on our donor plaque and an invitation to our Grand Opening Celebration on April 26, 2025. Gifts can be pledged over five years, with naming opportunities starting at $75,000.

Your contribution creates a legacy of change. Thank you for helping us make our vision a reality!
