Volunteer Tour Guide Application | ArtWorks Cincinnati

Apply to become a founding member of ArtWorks Mural Tour guide team! ArtWorks is looking for 10 talented and dedicated adult volunteers to give mural tours to the general public and private and corporate groups as needed. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new program, share your love of art, and meet new friends and neighbors in the community.

Mandatory training will take place for approximately 4 hours on Saturdays in September
General public tours will be conducted on Saturdays at noon and 2pm with the possibility of expanding to other days as needed.
Private group tours will be scheduled during evenings and work days as needed and guides must have flexible schedules to accommodate these demands
Tour guides are expected to give 2-4 tours a month
Tour guides will need reliable transportation in order to arrive at the downtown routing location a half hour before the tour begins
All tours are walking tours of the downtown and Over-the-Rhine neighborhoods and all adult volunteer tour guides will be paired with a youth Apprentice guide
Adult tour guides are volunteers, this is an unpaid position
