This past Monday, August 25, 2025 was a milestone day for ArtWorks, filled with joy, creativity, and connection. We began the day with the dedication of our newest mural, “constellation (rumi maki)” designed by acclaimed artist william cordova in partnership with Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park. This project came to life through the talent and dedication of 19 Youth Apprentices, who worked alongside a team of Teaching Artists to transform a vision into a vibrant piece of public art and a landmark for our city.

As evening fell, we gathered with friends and supporters for ArtDinner, our annual fundraising event that celebrates creativity and fuels the future of ArtWorks’ mission. Guests enjoyed an evening of conversation, a three-course dinner from The Standard, and inspiration, while also contributing to the vital programs that provide career opportunities for youth and professional artists across Greater Cincinnati.
