ArtWorks is facilitating a statewide call-to-artists for the America250-Ohio Tuskegee Airmen Multi-City Murals project. This commission opportunity is a two-phase design process, beginning with a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) that will expand to an invitation and stipend-based Request for Proposal/Designs at a later date, for three selected finalists.
