Cincinnati State through the Ohio Arts Council’s Percent for Art Program commissioned ArtWorks to design and produce an interior mural in the fireplace lounge of the Advanced Technology & Learning Center that is attention grabbing, thought provoking, and enhances the space’s vibrancy. The designer of the work is artist Derek Toebbe, who’s style is graphic and colorful and uses geometric patterns inspired by mandalas. ArtWorks employed one Teaching Artist and a team of two Apprentices to paint the mural.
