Mural Routes
Pendleton
This tour highlights 12 murals in the community of Pendleton. Discover new favorites along this new route. This tour is about one mile long and does include steep hills and some cobblestone. The tour is approximately 1.5 hours long. Featured murals include New Lines Phase II: Bolivar Alley, Democracy, and Dreaming Blues. This tour will be offered on select Saturdays each month (May – October).
This tour begins and ends at the site of the Mr. Dynamite mural on 1437 Main Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. Street parking is available surrounding the mural on Main Street and Liberty Street.
Over-the-Rhine
Our most accessible tour: the classic OTR walking tour is around a mile long and includes 13 murals in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood including Faces of Homelessness, The Golden Muse, The Cincinnati Strongman: Henry Holtgrewe, and many more. Learn the stories behind each mural and how they connect to Cincinnati’s oldest and most historic neighborhood. The OTR tour is approximately two hours long. This tour will be offered on select Saturdays each month (May – October).
This tour begin and ends at the Mr. Tarbell Tips His Hat mural, 1109 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Parking is available in OTR on several surrounding streets, the Gateway Garage, or the parking lot at 12th and Vine.
Downtown
Our downtown tour is our most popular route. This experience will lead you through the area between Central Parkway and the Central Business District, exploring 13 of ArtWorks’ fan-favorite murals, including a few “Best of Cincinnati” winners! See Armstrong, Cincinnati Toy Heritage, Fiona and Bibi at the Cincinnati Zoo and many more! This tour is approximately 1 mile long and is approximately 1.5 hours long. This tour will be offered in the morning and afternoon on select Saturdays each month (May – October).
This tour begin and ends at the Visionary Reality Threshold mural, 1005 Walnut Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202 (north side of building). Parking is available in OTR at the Gateway Garage, the parking lot at 12th and Vine, or the parking lot in front of ArtWorks’ Visionary Reality Threshold mural.

Unable to attend your scheduled time and date? Because of COVID-19, ArtWorks can reschedule mural tours, or you can convert them into tax-deductible donations. Please reach out to the mural tour coordinator directly.
