How to Submit a Concept and Our Timeline for Review

Please complete this partner form to help bring a public art idea or concept to life. This is a rolling application for future projects with ArtWorks. Because of the complexity of this work, significant lead time is often necessary for a project to come to life.

Timeline for Review

  • We work to build our project roster throughout the year.
  • We will do our best to follow up with applications within two months of submission.

  • Will this project take place at ArtWorks' Photo/Video Studio, or at an alternate offsite location? If you selected Offsite, please add the address below.
  • ArtWorks relies on partnerships for funding our projects. Project costs vary greatly depending on length and complexity. We ask that you identify a budget that you are able to commit to.
  • Is your project time sensitive? Photo projects typically have a turnaround of 2-3 weeks. Larger video projects may require a 3-6 week planning period followed by a 1-4 month production period.
